Us girls have to stick together ❤️. I get really annoyed with myself when I've put on, but this week i have tried to stay on track, and watching your videos has helped me, because I was getting bored with myself, i may be 68 and had a stroke in 2018 but im not letting that get me down, I'll let you know how I've done after weigh in Tuesday ❤❤. Nope age is but a number Anita , bettering and looking after to yourself to be the best version of yourself and feel great is ageless 🙌🏼😊

Most of that gain will be the dinner you had before weighing. If you don’t normally do that it will have an effect. Anyway, pick yourself up, dust yourself down and start all over again! (My mum’s favourite saying!)

Ah I know sometimes I do sometimes I don’t plus I said to my sister on the way home I was wearing jeans and it’s been summer so haven’t done that in ages I think I’m going to find myself a weigh outfit and not have dinner in future !!!

Great vlog Claire, thought your food looked fab for the week. You obviously were a bit heavier than the 2.5 lb gain as you would have definitely lost weight this week 💯%. Well done, good luck for this week xx

You did absolutely brilliant with your meals you made some lovely ones hubby gets weighed at 5pm and he has is breakfast later on weigh day about 1pm ish well done Claire xx take care hope you have another good week 😘 😍🥰xx

Thanks for sharing ❤. You know the lunches - I was going to ask how you take it to work as you’re meant to cook from frozen. I’ll have to get one of those flasks. ❤ I absolutely love 💗 halloumi too. In fact I love all cheese lol 😂. 30g isn’t enough. That chicken curry looks absolutely delicious. You’re strong not having a glass of wine 🍷 at the weekend lol 😂. All your food looks delicious 😋xxxx

Yes those Sho food flasks are amazing 🤩 I have a microwave at work but don’t get breaks long enough to heat it up and eat so they are just so much more convenient and going in to the winter I much prefer a hot lunch 😉 thank you for watching 🙌🏼

Hi Clare. Am really enjoying your vlogs. Your food looks great but I noticed that you don't always include a lot of speed with your meals. I have found that when I have half a plate of speed with every meal I always get a good loss. Hope that helps. Good luck- have a great week. 😊

Mine is the smaller size 530 ml I find that is perfect for lunch and fitting the sw lunches in 👌🏼
