I know this is over a year old, but just found you and your singing my song. I batch cook cause I work, only two of us here but if I cook a curry or stew I make enough for 10 then freeze what we don’t use, then I have 5 dinners pre cooked for two people. I even freeze mash potatoe portions. I love your talks your life changing and making it simple. Got my lace up shoes done, my sink is shiny and I’m so glad I found you. 💓

Who is watching in 2020? I’m so thankful for FlyLady! I’m a new mom of 2 young babies and she is changing my life! Real talk, she lifted my depression too. I’m leaning to FLY. I was guilty of staying in my PJs as a SAHM and not caring for myself as I should. Progress not perfection!! 💪🏻💯

I struggle with what to make for dinner whenever my husband does the grocery shopping. I like to make soup and sandwiches when I don't know what to make, but my hubby isn't a big fan of sandwiches. I'm so glad that you're discussing dinner ideas. How about home-made scalloped potatoes, ham and broccoli/califlower. I would never survive without a crock-pot! I have three---small, medium and large. It's great in summer because it doesn't heat up the kitchen, but it's great all year-round! Anyone have some basic KETO meals?

Even just putting a large glass of water in each room, or a pan of water in each room helps to humidify a room BECAUSE it EVAPORATES DAILY!! It can evaporate several inches a day!! No need to steam or boil it. Just refill it daily! 👍❤️😉

I just put chicken and veggies in the crockpot. Boiled eggs for sandwiches tomorrow and used the extra eggs to make French toast with my 3 year old son using the bread heals to help entice my family to eat them. They hate the bread ends. Haha! If they don't eat all the French toast, then I'll cut strips and freeze them for breakfast tomorrow! Yay!

I made spaghetti in the Instant pot! I cooked ground beef in the instant pot on sauté first! I divided it between the spaghetti for tonight, combined 1/3 of ground beef and combined to make chili to freeze in freezer bag and the other third, I mixed everything besides cheese and shells for beef and cheese enchiladas!

We got a foot of snow in my part of NC! Me and 4 kiddos had the flu for 10 days and I'm struggling to get caught up on laundry again and putting the house back together (it exploded here!) All towels blankets and sheets got spoiled during the plague! It was a nightmare! But thankfully we're finally over it..I think. I have a new determination to make things as easy as possible (cleaning. .putting things away..meal planning..homeschooling. .) I'm getting back to basic! Thank you! Love ya ♡

I listened to your post this afternoon, whilst I was home for a change. It was fantastic listening to you while I started bulk cooking meals for my freezer. I was listening to you, and was using what I had in my cupboards and freezer when you mentioned using what you have... My home smells delicious, my brother is coming for his supper tonight and I think he's gonna be spoilt for choice... Thank you for everything you do for us flybabies xx

I keep white cheap wash clothes for my face washing when I do my make-up. I have nicer wash clothes for my shower. My husband keeps paper towels on the counter in the bathroom for wiping down the sink after he shaves. I hate having those paper towels there. I think they are ugly and costly. Because instead of using the hand towels to dry our hands after we wash our hands we grab that expensive paper towel. Just think of the money we could save if I took my basket of white wash clothes for all the purposes you mentioned. -Well I just stop the video and talked to him about it. We will see if it works.

FlyLady I have loved you for years and yes, I believe it is a good thing to get a flu shot, but this year it was less than 10% effective. Most years it’s better than that, but at best, it’s only 50% effective. However it is better to have that extra immunity. So bless you for your loving message and Thank You 🙏🏼

lol at using a calander in your phone means you are 'depriving your children of learning how to use a calander'. They can learn how to use a phone calander. It's not a hard concept. Also this whole conversation is massively confusing - get clarity before 'teaching' and the 'lessons' will be clearer.
