Oh yes, these are hands down my FAVORITE vlogs! Love, love, LOVE them! And can we talk about your nails? They look SO much better like this seriously, they make you look even more classy and chic. I honestly think the square shape would look even better on you! Short nails are definitely back, and like you, I used to rock long almond-shaped nails but recently switched to short and square. I actually feel so much more elegant and sophisticated now! ❤ PS: If I could give you one tip as a functional nutritionist-never eat fruit on its own, especially with just coffee! This can spike your blood sugar, elevate cortisol, and throw off your hormones. Just pair it with a small amount of protein or healthy fat (like a spoonful of yogurt, some nuts, nut butter, etc.). Even a sprinkle of cinnamon helps lower the glycemic impact!
