I kind of love that your interpretation of rustic is ‘ah yes, brown’ lol would love to see the upstairs have the diagonal windows to emulate the roof pitch but like a full wall of glass with the other windows?

Can't wait for the update, carpets and curtains should have been in the game from the start. I did this barn the other day, completely removed the old roof, stairs and chimney done a 2 storey extension on the left and a single storey bedroom on the right. Made $350000 profit.

Under the construction tab, click dev and you can get fabric textures like wallpaper, that can be used as carpets. Its in the new update.

I use the white tile on the ceiling an change to color makes it quicker to do the ceilings

I use patterned wallpaper with all the colors set to the same shade. Looks a little like textured ceiling.

I saw someone on sandbox altered the terrain and take a pool flip it upside down to make water in a creek.. I wish we could do this on the game to people houses.

Can you copy the brown rustic looking boards that exist on the side of the barn already Grill? Those would be perfect for the outside of the barn.

The ones who are complaining that house flipper one is getting a dlc those are the people we just ride off cause they think the world revolves around them. Some people just complain and if they don't then they feel lost with there life. Me personally I can't wait to get house flipper 2 on xbox and I'm also looking forward to the house flipper one dlcs and I dont care how many people it triggers cause I'm getting it for me not those pansies
