really enjoying watching your uni journey. i'm planning on going through the arts & humanities route, focusing more on the arts, so its great to see someone going through it although you're on a slightly different route. moving house is the worst thing and i personally dont plan on doing it as much as we had to as kids, its stressful at any time of life. but i'm glad your tutor was so understanding of your situation! may i ask: what is the distance learning element like? i left school back in 2016, years before you could even think of a pandemic like covid, and distance learning was not an established education for me. is it more difficult than in-person classes? are the tutorials difficult to pin down because of work?

This was a nice mix of topics and pleasant to watch if you did more like this, plus it will be interesting to see your thoughts and feelings on religion and the topics you are studying as you study them. It looks like you are very at home in that room!

I strongly recommend you watch Lee Strobel's "A Case for Christ". Utterly compelling

Sounds like a tricky period! I too started needing vitamin d and magnesium for energy.....and some SSRI action for social anxiety lol. A good trick I found is weight lifting and taking creatine...yes creatine has noticeable cognitive benefits as well as giving an energy boost. I felt like I could study better after having it...also try CBD oil. I think the hardlined religion stuff is a tad outdated...I have been looking into rosicrucian stuff lately. I'm not a member but definitely intrigued by what they talk about. I think it's heavy on meditation/visualisation and philosophy in the least dogmatic way possible...but could be wrong. Congrats on new home
