Nice one Bobby. Yes, when I was in Thailand 4 years ago, I did notice when going to restaurants on the coast in Krabi area they also had their fish, Lobster fresh in netted caged areas in the water. That was a beautiful Island you were at and lucky you had a good snorkeling place as Thailand like Indonesia most of their Corals are damaged or dead due to dynamite fishing.
