The index works like this: every pet thats in your inventory goes to the index, if the pet stays at least 1 second on your inventory after being obtained, it will go to the index, then you can delete it

Actually the pog cat was available by hatching the "pog egg" in a secret area, you need to be impossible to get there, if you were impossible go to spawn then go to the blue building then say "knock knock" but if your below impossible you won't be able to get there the pog egg cost 11B fantasy coins but when the tech world was released the pog egg got removed from the game.
