Honestly is really cool this counts your purchases through the past months allot of programs like that just count on the time they're launched so this is really encouraging 😊

It depends on the company. A product I use daily finally opened up a rewards program a year or two ago and they made it so that you got points for the past 6 months or so before the program rolled out. So no points for any purchases before that, but you got the full point amount for that 6 months. No extra points were given for having used them during certain years like Holo Taco did though. Even with 2 years of spending and not getting points, I was still easily able to completely cover my subscription costs for several months while I couldn't afford it though. That was at least a year AFTER the program started though

Cristine, I have watched for so long but never purchased polish until the Julien collab…and after using it, I realized how utterly superior the product was, and I logged in and ordered $500 worth of back releases. 😭 So yes. That did happen. 🤣

Ok, but why is the tier status mark colour going the wrong direction? I mean it's just me or should the far left be the same colour as the Holo Explorer and right be the same colour as the Holo Royalty? Anyway love the update!

I think it’s how much you spent PLUS your bonus points that determine tier, but then only the bonus points are redeemable. And honestly it’s really nice that they’ve started people with redeemable points!

Im wondering a few things tho; How does the birthday gift work, do I have to make a purchase withing that month or something so itll then be added to the order? Theres a mention of exclusive sales, when will those start, will they have somekind of schedule or do they just pop up whenever? I havent been financially able to order for a long time, I really miss using holotacos base and top coats... and the one coat black... painting my nails hasnt been the same since I ran out of it ;__:

if you order over US$99 it's free shipping. and since the product is manufactured in the USA there's no customs/duty, so you're only paying whatever your province's normal tax rate is. I just try to save up so I can do infrequent but big orders to meet the free shipping.
