I know your basically done with pistols but if you use overkill you can have the pistol in your primary spot so you don’t have to switch to it before fighting. This would help in these small maps with being caught without your gun out

I’ve never got the point in hardcore for grinding in this game. Cause you have face off for the closer range guns. I just find Hardcore is a bit too sweaty whereas core faceoff I can play music, sprint around the map with a shotgun/akimbo pistols for triple kills really easily

@ it’s easier for some people 🤷🏼‍♂️ i don’t get it either, haven’t touched HC in a hot minute i think last time was cold war or when a friend was only playing HC and we played together it has no point at all, core is so much more enjoyable and as you say faceoff for close quarters 🤷🏼‍♂️

The main problem with hardcore and your play style is you just shoot and try and about multiple shots right away so instead of shooting one accurate shot you try and shoot then drag your aim to shoot the next. That works in core because you need multiple shots to kill on core but in HC you need to hit the first shot which is why everyone seems to not miss is because they focus on hitting the first shot rather than multiple shots

8/10 I found that setting ADS FOV to independent helped me get the pistols. You get more of a zoom in on the sight. Bigger difference if you play with an FOV greater than 100.

For the Dark Spine grind, would it be enjoyable for you to do categories of weapons? Putting ARs, SMGs, LMGs, Shotguns, Marksman Rifles, Sniper Rifles, Melees, Pistols, Launchers/Specials as parts of the wheel instead of individual weapons?

@@ImtherealAB yeah it's a tricky choice really! Categories could work but I think I'll do just 5 or so random weapons per video instead 👍 will definitely keep the jumping in and out of the wheel to a minimum though as that will get annoying every 5 mins 😂

The reason you get annoyed at headshots in hardcore is because it’s more about reaction time and centering your gun, I played competitive shooters and pro games before like CS, R6, etc which in those games is always punishing and 1 shot kills so you have to center your gun before aiming so when you aim in book headshot without having to drag your aim up. If you center your gun you will have so many more headshots and kills in general, which you should learn to do in core too it helps consistency

I don’t find HC fun but I don’t hate it as much as you do, you just have to center your shot so you can react faster and you can do it, it’s a learning curve for someone who hasn’t played a competitive game like valorant or Csgo or r6 or whatever which I’m assuming you haven’t because of your hate for this style but once you can change between core and HC and change your play style accordingly without much thought then you can really grind the camos out
