I remember the water fast video back then . Honestly you should try again. 30 Days all water and a tsp of Pink salt when needed . Physically and mentally it works alot and reset the body too .

Brother check this out. You can weigh yourself in the morning after you go to number two. Are you gonna feel like if you eat a meal it may show two or 3 pounds but the next day you will go back down to regular that two or 3 pounds won’t be there the next day but if you do it every day you will gain the weight your calorie intake and carbs, bad carbs not good carbs bad carbs will make you gain weight

And you have to meal prep I’ve always been a fat boy all my life. My mother is a little heavy and I take right after her. My father was 6 foot four between 220 and 230 pounds. I’m 59 270 very heavy. I used to be 350 pounds and then when I did that 14 years in the federal prison, I got my weight down from 350 pounds to 180 my sister passed my last two years being incarcerated. I started stress eating got up to 235 but all muscle driving trucks in 2019 gain my weight back balloon to 333 pounds I got sick. I thought I had Covid but it wasn’t Covid. It was pneumonia. Got my weight down to 265 pounds to 270. I haven’t gained any more weight since then sorry I’m writing this paragraph well this book this long but I’m just telling you we struggle with wait sometimes we just gotta keep on going brother I’m 60 years old now and I gotta get this weight off me, I’m a big boned guy 235. I’m good with that but my height I need to be at 180 pounds but it looks like I’m smoking crack when I’m at that weight and I don’t like that look
