You have to show that you have learned that subject before the application. So may be you can ask university directly can they consider if you learn from NPTEL or other such source.

One thing is you can ask your professors if they have something within your interest, check university's research page, and other option would be to look for working student or internship.

No, it will be a proper degree and you can find a job. The only difference is you will be paying huge tuition fees.

It depends on company to company and location. Big cities you get more. At least 450 euros it is.

I would prefer baden württemberg to stay, and cost depends on how big the city is no matter what state.
