Getting into work and having 180 orders to pack at my small biz!

I got to work today on a very ‘normal’ Thursday & had 180 orders to pack! There was only two of us in the kitchen so this was a pretty hectic day 😅
When i say its wild, it’s definitely become more of the ‘norm’ around here cos I’ve been working my butt off to grow my small biz! 🌟
We started off catching up & finishing off with some of the baking we didn’t get done on the previous day like baking chubby cookies & making cookie dough and cake batter tubs for a wholesale order! 🎂
We cut & wrap everything first, working through all our different mixed boxes & wholesale orders 🍪
We had to also make up some sweets pouches & because we had so many bowls of our offcuts & imperfect bakes, I’d asked my lovely customers to buy some chubtubs & they actually listened 🥲 so lovely Katie then had to make over 100 chubtubs! 👩🏻‍🍳
