Go find the storm tracker online. Sail ahead of it (preferably with the most people you can) and try and find a shipwreck and wait till it gets there. If there isn’t one within like 30 min of the storm then server hop using the pirates life tall tale checkpoint (to keep bait) and look again. Repeat the process.

You can force a shipwreck spawn with the lost shipment runs of merchant alliance, so if you plan accordingly you can make it a little easier/reliable

Get a group of 4. I used a storm tracker on the internet, where I would usually sail about 20-40 min ahead to see if there were any shipwrecks. If not, server hop. Get as many as you can because you do not have long.

Like DaDrakster said you can really only mitigate the annoyingness slightly, its just as grindy either way. Honestly, the best way to reduce the number of blackcloud you have to collect is pray you get them in shipwrecks, other than that you just have to be as optimal as is feasible when hunting for them if you want to get them in the least annoying way possible. But in all honesty, I found battlegills; especially the rare one (sand battlegill); to be the most annoying fish to do. All I can say is keep moving forward and don't get discouraged if you want to get the title, you will get it done eventually, these accommodations were certainly not intended to be finished within 5 hours.

Ohh. Well you can get the treacherous plunder anywhere as long as your not using bait. The best spot is in the shores of gold due to a small glitch. If you want to know more you could look it up, or I could even make a short vid on it if you wanted me to.

I used a storm tracker and went ahead of the storm to look for shipwrecks. Also had a full crew usually to make the most of the short amount of time you get. Then hoped for the best and caught as much as the game would give us.

Well they all have their own challenges to them. One thing that helped a lot was having a galleon of 4 people. Speeds the process up a lot.

It is called treacherous plunder. It's not easy to come by without using a certain exploit. It comes in 4 different variants, fish bones, old hat, old skull, and old boot. If I remember correctly, it's supposedly a 0.4% chance of appearing when you fish with no bait.
