Hi Kikih am starting the same process as you congratulations wish you the best in this new journey If I may ask did you have to wait 3months for the marriage license to be registered so that you may apply the marriage certificate or you just applied it after you mailed the marriage license? Can you order an express one on the marriage certificates

Yes...you can sponsor him even before he can come here. You apply as outland Permanent residence

Hi there You can submit inland application which allows you to stay in canada as long as you still in status( if your visit visa expires you can apply for extension) And the other option is outland application which you submit while outside canada but you can still visit if you have a visit visa
