Glad to see Mason is healed up and his bike fixed. He'll be ripping in no time now. That guys crash was very similar to Brian Deegan crash back in the day that messed him up. Brian was also jumping in a nasty crosswind that day too. As always thanks for bringing us along on your journey guys.

There are many different brands of MTB out there that are really good, but most important is to find a bike that suits the type of riding you want to do and fits your budget! Even Walmart are selling some bikes now that are actually alright. Find something that's in your budget and is comfortable to ride and ride the crap out of it. You'll soon learn what you like and what you don't and that'll give you an idea what to look for next. But yeah, don't worry too much about brand.

It's fine how you told the story from memory. So what you remember is what you told us. I forget but I am sure you did mention this is what you remember. So nobody should jump on your case for that. There will always be bad feedback no matter what. But it was cool that you did a follow up videos and told us more facts on that event. I almost think that wind could have also caused him to go further as well from a cross tail wind. But to have a landing ramp that narrow is not smart. There was the Alex Harvill's death back in 2021 from a world record distance jump attempt. And what bugs me is they could have added a longer pre landing area in case he came up short. And this would not take away from getting the record. Should be required for all future jumps.

Well if you remember when Robbie Maddison did a similar jump in Vegas, the ramps where huge, professional done with safety barriers incase he over jumped on the way up. If the same jump was don’t today by RedBull or something there would have been a lot more precautions. Butch’s ramps seemed like amateur backyard ramps by today’s standards. I think that it probably bothered people that I said that. The Harvill crash was a weird one. I guess that kinda ramp requires a lot of speed and if you use it for a shorter distance it’s dangerous because there’s no pop.

I broke my collar bone in the first week of august and then got a new bike after wrecking mine. In 2 weeks Ill be able to ride my new bike for the first time.

cut them way tooo short, also gotta round off the edges on the throttle side so it rubs smooth and does cut into the tube or stick

Bro you could have done it like 31-24 =7devide by 2 = 3.5 that the measure of how much you need to cut from each side and if you want me to price it then 31-3.5-3.4=24
