Fade fyi to complete ten quest you need to find a black star with a glowing moon on it, also the moon don’t glow that much so keep a eye out for it if you wanna do the quest. this star only spawns during starfall, (for those who don’t know what that is it’s just a type of weather in the game, like windy) and when you Stella(the witch) her star you just get a shortcut to the cauldron,a portal. once you complete the quest the portal will be in the other cave, NOT the waterfall one

if anyone is curious what the witch quest is basically you just have to find a star that has a chance of spawning in any spawn location for items during starfall once you give it to her, you can tp to her at anytime through the cave in the mountain

The Starfall biome actually doesn't give luck. (example: comet is 1 in 12,000 when your in starfall biome, BUT if your not in starfall the chances of comet will increase by 15x) The universe potions breaks the breakthrough from Starfall. (When you drink the Universe potion, the breakthrough from Starfall exclusive auras will not work, basically giving you The StarFall biome effect)

The Witch's quest makes it so that you can get to her or her cauldron easier via a portal. You can complete it by getting her star which has a chance to spawn in the Starfall biome. The portal is located in a cave on the opposite side of the waterfall, but it's only there after completing the quest.

With the "Starfall luck" that isn't what it meant, it was giving an example of breakthrough lucks. For example, Starscourge is 1,000,000 but needs to be Starfall to be obtained; however you can still get it via breakthrough for a rarer chance (x15 chance or 15,000,000). The same concept goes for things like Stormal which requires rainy weather. Putting it simply, breakthrough is a way of getting a Weather-specific rarity in any weather in exchange for it being rarer.

You can also get all potion buffs and if you time this in the PERFECT update which would be a bugged Christmas update (to get the We're Sorry! and Christmas Blessing buff), you could get a HYPOTHETICAL buff of +10,001,002% Luck, -137% Roll Cooltime, and Starfall Aura Breakthrough Bypass (+1500% luck on Starfall Auras on any biome)

Starfall doesn’t work like 15x more luck on everything it’s 15x more luck on getting comet, galaxy and starscourge idk if there’s another aura but it doesn’t make everything 15x easier to get, hope this helps❤
