Yikes, I really read that wrong from the manual! I'd been assuming he was slipping the lead leg and drawing the body back with it (not voiding the sword) and simultaneously counter-cutting at the offending arm during the slip (rather than parrying). Confusion across systems' terminology I guess. Thanks again for the live demonstrations!

To be fair, the slip in this case can be done against a cut to any particular portion of the body. If you see they're going for the hand, just move the hand. Leg, the same but leave the arm there. When they go deep (throwing home) is when everything better move. Happy to help, thanks for watching.

@@rocketcityhema671 Makes sense! I've seen similar options in sidesword. I was wondering why Page seemed so focused on slipping leg cuts. Manual says "limb" with an inside or outside step and I just assumed leg. I also tend to assume if it says "and" (without a comma) like "step and cut" it's a simultaneous action, vs "step, and cut" or "step, then cut", and came up with something I'd seen used in another system. Comparing these as you did to Ferdinand's broadsword #6 is a good example. I think you're the only one actually demonstrating Page, so keep it coming! Thanks again!
