That prices applies only to some who very procfient. One who has completed a commercial pilots recently. (usually 5-10 hours.). No profiency usually wiil have 15-20 hrs. of dual plus cost of check ride, ground school and any other cost.

Camel?? Multi engine work is pretty fun! Pretty simple in the Seneca because of the counter rotating props, but still gives you an idea of what to expect

Wonderful video bro. I passed my Multi on the Seneca, can you give me some tricks on how you learnt to land this beast. I always found it hard. My landings were super hard...and I wanna learn how to do it better.
@chandlerwebb2723
@chandlerwebb2723 3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Ya the Seneca doesn’t land like anything else I’ve flown. So I’ll give you my set up and then you can adjust as you see necessary, as you fly by procedure first and feel later haha. Midfield downwind gear down, abeam the numbers flaps 10 and manifold 16” looking for about 110-120 IAS, turning base looking to see if you’re high or low, I go flaps 20 halfway through keeping power the same. Now looking for 100 IAS. Turning final still checking too high too low too fast too slow and adjusting power as necessary. I’ve found I can keep 16” pretty much all the way down. Short final, full flaps and I start holding the electric trim in the up position so I’m actually pushing the yoke forward. As I cross the numbers I want about 80-85 IAS and I slowly easy the power out while continuity hold the up trim and relieving the back pressure I’ve built up with the trim. Then I don’t even flare I just let the trim do it for me. Whenever you get slow that stabilator wants to quit flying so you gotta keep it moving with the trim to avoid just smacking the plane. Keep in mind, this puts you below Vmc so if you lose an engine you might end up having major issues. But I have yet to have a successful (smooth) landing going faster than 85. Hopefully this makes sense. Lemme know how this works for ya! And congrats on the new rating! It really is a great plane once you learn the little quirks of it

No specific time requirement. Just proficiency! Unless you’re private looking to get your commercial twin rating. Then the 250 hours applies
