le gasp! another weekend in new york and coming back with something new. now that I have one tattoo, I have a feeling I will get many more haha. my carrot is almost completely healed (it's been kinda wrinkly and peeling) and it's a wonderful feeling to be reminded of my brother every time I see it in the mirror. even though the pandemic feels as if it is nearly over, my family got covid very recently due to an outbreak at my brother's school; the fear and anxiety that comes with being so far and unable to take care of them is very present for me. adulting and growing older means thinking "what if tomorrow I wake up, and they're not here anymore?" it makes me want to cherish our relationship, memories, and conversations as much as I can. they're okie now though, almost done recovering! just a reminder to hold your loved ones close, always. enjoy this lil snippet hehe.
