I think it’s easier if u take small steps trying to get your life together in a day isn’t that realistic it didn’t get like this in a day so it’s not gonna change in a day remember to take your time and be kind to yourself it will help I’m slowly on the way to a healthy/ organised lifestyle :)

One way to reduce muscle aches - warm up and cool down when you exercise. Stretching and getting your heart rate up for about 5-10 minutes before going to the gym really helps to reduce injury and also muscle stiffness/tightness. Also, when you exercise, muscles get very tense and activated so it’s important to loosen them up again afterwards for 5-10 minutes. I hope that helps. There are many good warm up and cool down videos on KZbin

Good luck with your exams mate, they probably won't be as stressful as you think they'll be Also exercise tip: there's different types of stretches.. dynamic stretches should be done as a warm up and static stretches should be done as part of the cool down while your muscles are still warm
