There’s 5 buffs true vizard gives you 3 of them (it’s random) the 5 buffs are defence attack rie regen hp regen and speed (not sure about the speed one)

The speed one makes you faster the easiest way to tell is to use phantom trick. Near the end of phantom trick you will go completely invisible
