@@kendelkay Not really anymore but of course it depends on where I am in life. I had cystic acne & a terrible diet. I also had a big scar in between my two eyes from when I was 5. I started off getting 2 microneedlings in 2020/1 and now I get 1 a year. My derm told me to start eating meat again-that helped...I also ask for more natural derm products such as Avar. I use super simple stuff like Dr. Bronners on my face/body and honestly it has done wonders. Less is more for me. I do microneedling during winter only since it's cool and am inside more. I have my own little ritual after I get it done: after doing so, I don't go out without a hat and sunscreen and aloe vera gel (directly from the plant) that I slather on day/night. I also take more vitamin C during the 2 week period. Everyone is different but that works for me. I also have done laser and they are great for that too. If you're interested--American Skin Institute in Sherman Oaks. ❣
