hi! in reference to you receiving less money than you earned, check your Carl's Gameplay Overhaul settings. Your money might be set to hard, which decreases the amount of money you actually get in game but the notifications stay the same. i turned mine back to normal and it went back to how it normally works

The mod causing the raincoat is from Little Ms Sam. It gives npcs a raincoat instead of umbrella. When you switched households to place the thief into a house, the mod gave her the raincoat. Use a mirror to change it.

i found one but it didn’t seem to work when i tested it bc she was still getting tense… but i just came across one called unlocked apartments objects and traits by lunarbritney so hopefully that one works 🤞

but if you mean the rat holes in the walls or the plumbing stuff, you can just shift right click them once you turn cheats on and then destroy object or if you have tool mod you can delete them that way too i think
