It was such a fun treat to see that you posted again! I appreciate all your advice here. Joel Osteen is a particularly soothing speaker, and he has intriguing things to say even if one doesn't agree with him completely. I'm so glad that you are feeling better! The goal setting thing is part of what put me into a funk. I get hung up at points because I start trying to figure out how I'm going to get to that point and why is this not here and why can't it be now. Letting go is one of my biggest weak points. When I pull back and let go, it gets so much easier. But sometimes the funk leaves behind its own trail of discomfort and issues that it has brought up. But yes, we have to work consistently, and it does get easier with time even when the setbacks show up. The watching KZbin videos is fascinating to me too. I've only recently gotten into it and have made a few and am trying to get into it myself, but the bond is quite strong. It's amazing. Anyway thank you again. Seeing your video perked me up even more. Have an absolutely splendid day!

Yes, I'm really excited about finishing this book on letting go and hopefully will have some more tips! It is something I struggle with as well, but this book is pretty amazing.

Hi! I want to post more, I've been so incredibly busy. I am studying russian every day to fulfill my dream as a translator, but I was actually just thinking today that I'm going back to posting.. this post inspired me to post! I'll start this month 😊
