I saw somewhere and have been using masking tape in the front of a sticker to easily remove the backing.

I love journaling but I’d also like to encourage you and say that when my thoughts and pain become heavy, I bring my troubles to Jesus Christ and talk to Him and share my heart and it always brings so much peace. Also, writing out your feelings and expressing your pain to God through writing in a journal is really nice. Sometimes you hear in your heart a response from God and you can write down answers as well. Jesus says”“Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11‬:‭28‬-‭30‬

@@MyAbidingJournal And I watched it now (with some breaks in between) - so touching the hospital named a prize after your mum! 💕 Also, in answer to your question what we’re journalling in-I was catching up in my PaperTess Designs Weekly Notebook that got neglected because I spent the Pentecost weekend with my mum (Whit Monday is a holiday where I live) and the rest of my free time during the week with friends. 💙
