If you identified with Erin's description of impostor mindset in last week's episode, this week's listen is a must. Today's episode gets into the nitty gritty on why you have this mindset, when it’s most problematic, and what to do about it.

“When an expectation does not create a focused calm motivation it is not a useful expectation.” That truly resonated with me. Thank you.

Being a woman of color, making a mistake at work is something i will never be forgiven for. This added anxiety and stress is reason why we develop fibroids and many of us in professional setting want to telework than continue coming working at office settings where we have to be on alert and on edge while there

thats what I also didn't like was there is a lot of lulls throughout the day and time to talk to our co workers and discuss openly without the "meeting" environment but just reflecting and receiving undocumented feedback, as well as laughing to relieve stress or calling a family member to tell them I love you have a good day, and it always felt like you were doing something wrong if you weren't facing forward typing something, I found out everyone talked about you whether you did anything or not, and although it's not a personal reflection of me what they say, I felt so small in an office environment 😢❤ I resonate with your comment and I'm so sorry for your experience but thank you for sharing

I find your videos very helpful and insightful. They are often the "missing piece" for me. However, my ADHD brain has a lot of issue going through the entire video, especially without timestamps or graphics. Could you please make the videos a bit more...idk what I exactly want to request here but maybe more engaging? Hope this works. Thank you!
