so I'm only a couple of minutes in, but I just wanted to thank you for your honest talk about skin problems, I feel like most people on the internet are just blessed with good skin and as someone who's suffered from acne for almost ten years now, I get really annoyed by these people giving 'tips'... I remember how sweet you were when I asked you a question on your furniture and that you took the time to READ my comment and you RESPONDED. I am getting emotional just writing this. I have watched you for a long time. As a mother of two I have suffered with hormonal acne. So frustrated as I teach yoga and eat a vegan diet. .. nothing worked! I watched your last video like I do daily, and it was time to invest in myself. I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I believe everything happens for a reason never a second too soon or early. I've had this on my "watch later" playlist for a couple months and only now am I getting around to watching it. But its funny (almost scary) lol because today I went and got a mani/pedi and got white polish. My skin has also been very clear. I have a pimple in the exact same spot as you from having my period this week. I too have been incorporating morning meditation (+affirmations) along with journaling in the morning and it has helped me SO SO much. I have been SO much more excited lately. And just feeling amazing. The only thing not part of my morning routine is dancing. I got up one morning before work and danced around and I went to work feeling so good, so happy and attractive I HAD to write about it lol for some crazy reason I never did it again haha. So dancing will be part of my morning routine as well now. Anyways. Thank you for this vlog. It was amazing.

This was truly so inspiring! My husband and I are both early risers. He works very early in the morning and I'm just naturally a morning person.
