I’m incredibly envious just looking at this visage. The trees, the winter of it all, the pipe, the thermos, the Britain. Besides the winter and the Britain, I’m in possession of the elements - but it’s the combination really. I know the UK is no place to be right now but I do miss it & a proper winter.

my momma always said i had a voice and a face for radio😂. im glad you enjoy my ramblings and find some comfort there. that makes me smile. thank you. lovely background you've got there. i was given a 999 that im very fond of. it is close in shape to that 303. the p lip has allowed me to enjoy blends that are normally too intense for my tongue. i had trouble blocking the hole with my teeth at first but i persevered. one of the reasons it has been so important to me to get outside and get moving is for some of the same reasons you mentioned. i delt with chronic fatigue/pain for around 8 years after having lymes disease. i was an old man in my 20s &early 30s. mental health issues go right along with that. how could it not? also there are things going on in the woods and fields that have little to do with us. they keep doing their thing despite us. i love that. and its infinitely interesting to me. a very nice video and i see i have several more that i missed to enjoy. perhaps tonight. a pleasant surprise. take care mate

Absolutely spot on, my friend. I am always reassured that there are people such as yourself, out there living their best life (as the hippies would say). I know that the person you are on camera is not truly representative of the person that you are in the real world, so to speak, but I do admire you on a number of different levels, so I hope you can take something away from this. Check your emails, BTW. I did drop you a line from my business address. One of these days when this COVID and political nonsense is over, I might just get around to coming by to see you. In the meantime, just take care, and keep churning out the stuff you do, because I need some new content for when I'm daydreaming about being in the Great North Woods. Big hug, buddy

I reckon it might be because the milk "cooks" in the flask. That's my theory, anyway. CHeers, big lad!

Leo, what a wonderful spot to walk to and just immerse yourself in the natural peace of the place. It is apparent that you are 'at home' there. The Peterson seems to be a natural match for you. It suits you well - it looks like you were meant to smoke that pipe. Tea from a flask - there is a sound reason for it being so good. The flask keeps the tea hot. Drinking temperature is as important as brewing temperature. Tepid tea certainly has to be an abomination. All the best to you in 2021. A crazy year is behind us and although things won't be suddenly improving there is hope for significant if slow improvement. Be well, stay sane, and keep it awesome - peace

Hi Leo, I have just purchased a Peterson 302, it is my first 'proper' pipe. I have just finished my first 'break-in' smoke (2 x ⅓ bowls) I smoked Samuel & Gawith Black and Brown. I am well impressed to say the least...! I have only been smoking a pipe for a few months; this was the first time that I have ever seen a carbon cake starting to form. Wow. Thank you for your encouraging words regarding Peterson pipes, you helped me to take the plunge and get one. As a side thought, how is your spider. 🕸️🕸️🕸️

Peaceful looking spot for a ramble. I’ve only got one Pete. It’s a billiard, not System, but a good smoker. Quite a view at the end.

Hiyas Leo, a beautiful area for a ramble. And close to home as well, that's very good. I too try to follow Timberdrifter's admonishment to "get outdoors" I do feel better mentally and physically when I do get a move on. I'm in an urban area, so it's urban hiking and that's still way better than lounging around. Nice pipe by the by. I should like to buy one this year hopefully. Take care and all the best.

Getting outdoor is always good for the "inner monkey". It needs fresh air, always. Good to see you back!

Searched for a vid of System 302s vs. 303, and here we are. All roads lead to a Leo video.

I fully agree with the physical activity factor, Leo. A walk always clears the head and gets the endorphins pumping. Thanks for keeping me company on my own walk, mate.
