GETTING OVER MY FEAR OF CASTAWAYS!

Practice is the hidden message in today's video guys. A lot of people ask me how to land their tricks when they're coming close but not quite getting it, or maybe they can land it but the trick isn't as clean as they want it. The KEY is PRACTICE. Every trick ANYONE knows how to do is learned through LOTS of practice and repetition.
Almost every single person that has really clean tricks, at some point in time had butt ugly tricks, but they kept practicing and now they are flip GOD's so that's the key kids, PRACTICE your heart out.

it's almost impossible to hit your head on a castaway but you might hit your feet on the ledge, i recommend trying your first one barefoot

You're already doing an A-twist and a half. If you want the A-twist, cut back on your twist until you face opposite of how you start. If you want to do a double which you're really close too! Just keep spinning until you get the half. 🔥

When you land facing forwards its 1.5 atwist, you don’t need to rotate more to get atwist, an atwist is half a twist late, so you’re half a twist off dub a

he's actually trying A-twist gyro without even realising because he's trying to snap in that next twist. He's trying a dub variation before even learning the dub hahahah. If it was just a normal dub atwist he wouldve kept the same twisting shape throughout the flip but he only starts tighening after hes already done the A-Twist.
