I have endometriosis, PCOS and a bicorunate uterus...i wasnt aware with my 1st baby and I got pregnant 1st time trying I am just so utterly grateful to have had that experience. Now that I know I have all of these problems due to struggling to get pregnant 2nd time round it has enabled me to understand my body more and maybe why it is not working yet. I have totally changed my diet to gluten free and almost fully dairy free, I am taking pregnacare before conception and tracking my ovulation. Praying for everyone who is TTC it will happen to us we just have to try out best and believe that miracles happen just like 1st baby boy who was born with no complications and a perfect pregnancy ❤ we have got this xxxxx

The announcements were very dispressing, although with the *ThePregnancyFact. Com* I managed to become a parent. I adopted the directions in the formula and my parental condition has highly improved. A little search with Google will help you get much information concerning this remarkable plan.?

Just to let you know that getting better is possible.I am endo free for the 3rd year in a row, after suffering from it for 20 long years. Although my fertility journey isn't rosy because I became a victim of doctor malpractice i know that everything IS possible. Never lose hope girls. You absolutely can get better. Doctors won't tell you this because sadly many of them are just affiliates for Big Pharma. Sending love from Scotland.

Another cause: Rh factor incompatibility. The antibodies of an Rh negative mother destroys her Rh positive fetus. The fetus turns to black goo and then is discharged through the vagina as well as retrograde through the Fallopian tubes and into the pelvis. It is also life threatening to the mother, and a sad loss as well. I think the cure is an Rh compatible pregnancy to shrink the endometriosis. And I appreciate your video with so many practical recommendations. Thank you 😊

I have to say that reducing stress and plastic have NO effect on reducing endometriosis pain whatsoever. After undergoing surgery for Level 4 Endometriosis, my number 1 tip for eliminating pain is a DIET CHANGE. My endometriosis developed three months after I moved to the USA and got exposed to the typical Western diet, which is full with preservatives, GMOs, artificial hormones and food additives. Eliminating Dairy (and non-organic meat) is HUGE, as it has a lot of hormones and antibiotics in it. Even organic dairy is full of natural cow growth hormones which mess with your own hormones. Also, eliminating Soy and Soy products is crucial, as the natural estrogen in soy causes the endometrial tissue inside you to react and inflame. My endometriosis pain comes up these days only if I eat soy or tofu by mistake, as the rest of my diet is super clean, organic, whole-food, plant-based.

Thank you for this video. I am interested in learning if you have thoughts on conceiving with adenomyosis... I have been diagnosed with adenomyosis and the suspicion of endometriosis is high - i have had 5 miscarriages in the past 1-2 years. What seems to be happening is the egg gets fertilized but it can't implant...so I get another very heavy cycle/miscarriage 2 weeks after my last cycle. I have had a consistent 23 day cycle for about 7 years. After watching your video's I am realizing that early ovulation may be a factor but my instinct is that implantation is really the issue. If you have any knowledge on it would you consider doing a video on adenomyosis and implantation? I believe that anything regarding the body is possible but I'm sure there are things I could do to help and support my body better with these issues.

Thank you for this helpful video. I will be sure to try out Sepia! I also want to share my 'positive' experience with endometriosis here. I was 33 years old and trying to conceive when my stage 4 was diagnosed. It was a very dark time in my life, especially under societal influence to have children. But it has been true what they say about the learning that can come out of challenging times. I had surgery and then turned to 'tai chi' to help me manage it post-surgery. I eventually adopted a mindfulness yoga and meditation lifestyle for its management. This has helped me live my life to the fullest. If it weren't for this 'dis'ease, I would not have learned how to live a larger life of 'ease'. It's not that the pain etc goes away, it's that you learn to live with ease about it. I just wanted to share this because I found that you can be happy, vital and healthy even so. One amazing side effect is that I did not end up conceiving. I had 3 rounds of failed IVF. By the age of 39, I had started to feel great relief that I did not have children. I can vouch for the fact that my happiness level is directly correlated with being child-free.

Endo its a symptom of an underactive thyroid (which is often never confirmed by a TSH test - which is pretty much useless). Endo is caused by estrogen dominance (ie insufficient progesterone) because without adequate thyroid hormone you CAN NOT produce progesterone - full stop. One requires the other. - the result is estrogen dominance. But nearly all the time doctors are looking in the wrong place. Its in your neck, not between your legs. Wife suffered for years (less when taking the pill (because the pill is basically progesterone, so it basically supplements your natural inability to produce it yourself)... Sorted out her thyroid issues and basically doesn't any more. Had 7cm endometrioma which experts said would never shrink... last measured at < 4cms. No more clutching a pillow for 2-3 days a month and all the other unpleasentaries. Too often, videos dont seem to address the actual cause (or claim there is no cure... which is wrong they just havent figured it out yet) . You need to support your thyroid. Your thyroid could be underperforming for a number of different reasons from a genuine TSH problem (but often not and therefore not detected by a TSH test to familial disfunction (if your mother had hypo you most likely will too (its to do with all the mitochondria being in the egg before fertilisation - which is why these problems follow the female line) to insufficient Iodine and ATP cofactors, To an inability to convert T4 to T3, to too much reverse T3, to poor stomach acid (resulting in autoimmune antibodies attacking your thyroid as collateral damage when trying to deal with foreign proteins in the blood), to too great an exposure to Chlorine, Fluorine and Bromine (all, iodine-like halogens that block your cells iodine receptors), sometimes its too low cholesterol (thats right ! - cholesterol is the foundation of hormone production - you cant make hormones without cholesterol) - maybe its a mixture of all of those..... Google, Dr David Brownstein, Dr Jorge Flechas, the iodine project , Mark Starr (type 2 hypothyroidism). Follow the clues. What do they prescribe to alleviate symptoms ? They put you on the pill (progesterone) - They recommend a mirena coil (synthetic progesterone) , they recommend Natural Progesterone cream (again.. progesterone (obviously)) . The problem is a lack of progesterone - VERY often caused by the knock on effect of an (often solvable) thyroid issue. Endometriosis is pretty much curable. I've seen it with my own eyes.

Hi, so what pills your wife took? What thyroid medication helped her to get better with endometriosis?

@@tayebepouya9911 Its a bit too complicated to type it all here, And i'd recommend checking out Dr David Brownsteins books on thyroid disorders, Mark Starrs 'Type 2 hypothyroidism' etc for the background as its a slightly complicated subject in that you can have hypothyroidism for a number of reasons all relating the same issues but with slightly different pathways....But very basically - from memory.... Knew she was estrogen dominant from doing Hormone Spit Tests (measure your progesterone/estrogen/lutein levels) you can order them online). Tried many things then discovered Iodine and from that made the connection to thyroid. There are many very many subtle/non obvious symptoms of thyroid disorder. Ordered an iodine loading test but it proved inconclusive (we think most of the iodine went in but then came right out again (probably blocked receptors)).... So, here we go.... first , start supplementing with 1) Selenium. YOu need selenium to protect the thyroid from actually harming itself from the production of thyroid hormone when you start adding in 2) Iodine.... Slowly over a few weeks built up taking iodine from about 6mg/day to 50/day and held it there for about 2 to 3 months. Go slow, do not over do it and listent to your body. If it doesn't feel right, back off.... eventually come down to a maintenance dose of about 6mg a day (or more if you feel comfortable) Use lugols iodine (drops in a cup of tea) and then switched to a product called iodoral (which is basically lugols iodine in pill form). Also from the same company , took 3) 'ATP Cofactors' At the same time, which is a mix of things that support your thyroid and mitochondria. took vitamin C (but not at the same time as taking iodine ) - something to do with clearing sodium/iodine symporters (google Dr Jorge Flechas , theres a talk somewhere where he discusses this) 4) At the same time, limit exposure to Fluroide, Bromine , Chlorine (as these are all similar halogens and replace/block iodine receptors). We get fluoride free toothpaste and used a vitamin C shower filter (vitamin C neutralises Chlorine ) - you can get these on amazon, I think the brand was sonaki. Bromine is difficult to avoid (fire retardants plus, in the US i think they use it as a flour conditioner) Also stopped eating canned food (at the time and still probably, most cans are lined with BPA (an estrogen mimic ).Avoid cooking any food in anything plastic (avoid microwave use with plastic like the plague). Changed all products (soaps/shampoo/conditioners) etc to products that were SLS free (another endocrine disruptor)..... Sorry its not just as simple as popping a pill, but it does work. My first move would be to read up on thyroid disorders in the Brownstein and Starr books. You'll then start to understand what needs to be done. Good luck ! - But note... do NOT just start shoving iodine in to your body.... This must be done carefully with other things in place, especially selenium before hand. Oh, another book which might be helpful is 'The iodine Crisis' by lynne farrow. Oh, i forgot, Slam dunk test to see if you're hypothyroid. THis is the original 'Dr Broda Barnes' method - before they introduced the cheaper (from a medical perspective) and almost entirely pointless TSH test... On days 2 and 3 of your period, before you get out of bed, put an old style mercury (or newer style alcohol) thermometer in your armpit for 10 minutes before you rise. If you're less than 36.6 degrees , Your thyroid isn't working as it should be (almost no one's is incidentally). About 100 years ago, 'normal' body temperature was 37 degrees. Now 'normal' is 36.6 - and thats not because thermometers have got better, its because we're ALL a bit sick. Wife was getting 35.8 to start with at the beginning. Now regularly 36.8. She spent most of her life cold... now she's toasty !

Chocolate cysts do not occur inside the uterus, they occur on ovaries. Endometriosis does not occur inside the uterus. And the endometriosis implants that are outside the uterus are not exactly the same as endometrial tissues. This video is not exactly accurate and is misleading. Surgery does not cause endometriosis, and it's not retrograde menstruation either.

Vivian is absolutely correct, chocolate cysts occur in the ovary walls, NOT inside the uterus. And the "obstructions" mentioned do not occur "inside" the uterus or the fallopian tubes, they occur on the outside of your reproductive organs - these obstructions occur as a result of endometrial cells that have landed in your abdominal cavity and attach to the outsides of the reproductive organs. These endometrial cells get thick and filled with blood during each cycle, just like the new coating of endometrial lining inside the uterus does. But when it's time for your uterine lining to shed with your period, the endometrial cells in your abdominal cavity have nowhere to go, so they "bleed" inside you and turn into scar tissue... Reducing stress and plastic have NO effect on reducing endometriosis pain whatsoever. After undergoing surgery for Level 4 Endometriosis, my number 1 tip in eliminating pain is a DIET CHANGE. I totally vouch with the stress as a major aspect since I was in a very stressful work environment earlier n faced couple of irritating symptoms. Working well on detoxification, health n lifestyle along with doc's guided ttc streamlining. N this video came on right time as well. Hoping for the best. You helped alot. Tjanks again. N yes..

@@gug1970can progesterone pills will vanish it?
@gug19703 жыл бұрын
@@tarintanjina9071 if the cause of your endometriosis is estrogen dominance (and i believe it is) - then you need to balance with progesterone. However, better to cure the problem then just take a pill. I have no knowledge of progesterone pills but progesterone cream I know will very likely help.

Hey I have been off of the pill almost 8 years and have been ttc for that long. I had surgery last March for endo and have been doing iui with meds since. I have only had one ectopic pregnancy in December and that’s been the only pregnancy I’ve had. I have scarring on my left tube. Do you suggest to do the detox still? And what else?

Hi chelsea so sorry to read about that... no I don't think there would be much point to detox the pill in your case. If patients come to me and want to try naturally then yes, but then I would first detox the fertility drugs too. There are homeopathic remedies to take when you have scarring though, and you can take them alongside the route you are taking. Have a look on my website I've got a post on scarred fallopian tubes there just type it in the search bar.
