My positive message is to stay focused, humble while on your journey of success. You’ve been inspiring me seen the day we meet. We share a place, that inspired us to be great. When I think about how I started in America, you came to mind. We put together all the funds we had to buy a bike. Then we rented an another bike, so we both could work. Then after one week we both had our own bike. Moral of the message is never give up! I was honored to watch Navasky Anderson practice before becoming the Jamaican 800m record holder. Navasky is determined to be great. With patience, dedication and hard work, you can achieve your dream just like Navasky. Whatever you want to achieve just apply the foundation that Navasky laid out for himself. PATIENT, DEDICATION and HARDWORK. (I’m working hard for my t-shirt! Might get two, a Puma & Adidas) love you Vasky! Nothing, but greatness! - Jaydee1030 (Jermaine L. Douglas)

Shout-outs to your roommate from Botswana - Lee Eppie; fellow Jamaicans Shawn Bailey; Ackeem; Alana and Andre (the 200m star waiting to shine). To the team Addidas personnel - you're well appreciated for the many courtesies extended to the Jamaican team especially. Thank you. Yuh know, Navasky - Jamaicans home and abroad are most appreciative of the tremendous work you guys put in to be there at the Olympiad. Whatever happens - we're LOYAL fans to the end.

Navasky, I am your number one fan, cheering for you and the Jamaican team all the way from Houston, TX! 🏃🏿♂️🇯🇲 Your performances have been truly inspiring, and as a proud Jamaican, it would mean the world to me to win a signed shirt from you. Despite some of the challenges and lost opportunities, I remain incredibly supportive and filled with pride for what you and the team have accomplished. Keep shining, and know that your fans are always behind you, celebrating every moment. One love! 💚💛🖤

@@manybooms2067 at this point I am also just happy to see anyone representing and truly helping Jamaica represent on this world stage. It has truly been a tough week and I’m sure even tougher for them.

@HollyWoodLife16 Absolutely. We have been so spoiled over the past few years that we no longer appreciate 5he fact that each and every Jamaican at the Olympics is in the top 50 in the entire world. We, Jamaica a country of just over 3 million. The medal count my be low but we have so many young athletes . The experience will do wonders for them

Soooo PROUD of the Gen-Z Jamaican Athletes! Bridging the gap between nations and competitors. Following in the steps of the icon, USAIN BOLT. Who never saw a Flag or Skin Colour....he saw FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS & worthy competitors. As my late dad would say, "ITS JUST NICE, TO BE NICE".

My understanding is it's high protein intake. Plus, they're training all the time so they're burning it off. I also think that going to a new country, you want a safe choice for food and KFC is safe - you know you're getting chicken. Would love to hear an athlete's take on this though
