My Walmart never has much in their clearance section and I don't think Wholesome Choice has a clearance section but I do occasionally stop by Ralphs. Plus it might be a good idea for a video. I love tahini as the base for dressing/sauces. Lots of recipes on the internet, especially in combination with garlic and lemon (and often soy/tamari/aminos)- with water whisked in to make it pourable. It gets thick at first,but after slow addition of the water, ends up creamy., I see it used in a lot of vegan cooking as a dressing or to make soups more creamy.
@ArdentMichelle8 ай бұрын
I plan to play around with this in the very near future. So far, I've made some salad dressings with it.

If you have regular tahini you can season it yourself. My husband’s favorite is adding some white vinegar, red pepper flakes and water. He loves eating that with rotisserie chicken and veggies. I personally don’t like the tahini with pistachios (halva) either. I think it’s an acquired taste.
@ArdentMichelle8 ай бұрын

the one I tried was overwhelmingly sweet. I would like to try another one for comparison. Thanks for sharing this!
