Not sure if this will be seen but there are REALLY good deals right now for first time homebuyers that are not promised next year. Might be worth Samantha looking in to locking in a loan amount and seeing how long she can keep that offer! Rates are most likely going to be higher this time next year! The cost to break a lease if she can get a good rate and find a place she loves is DEF worth it!

Buy the time you pay for the moving truck, packers’ labor, storage, you might as well keep only what you need and buy new. Keep only your favorite things.it’s cheaper to buy new than moving what you have.
