I have been prospecting for years and I have attempted pretty much every way possible to generate leads. Thank you so much for this video! I’ve hit a big slump this year and trying to get out of it. Going back to my roots of sending out monthly mailers. Was feeling over whelmed trying to target a bigger neighborhood. This really helped me make a targeted listed from that neighborhood for my direct mail. I found some bugs and reported them. The csv export has "null" in the "Owner 1 Full Name" field, for example, it has "Jason null Smith". The application also crashed twice in different places in Chrome.

Thank you for sharing!! I've been attempting this for hours now and it seems like there must be glitch with the site today. When I export the list, it's super slow and it tells me something went wrong a few times and other times it's green and says it will notify me when it's ready but almost an hour has passed and no alert. I guess I'll have to try again later or tomorrow. Very frustrating :(

I’d prioritize Vulcan 7 over there other two right now. I’d use share group for absentee owner data and remine for direct mail campaign data.
