Most of us know it's high variance, but they are fun to play and take a shot when a big event rolls around. I finished 2nd once in a local event, but went right back to grinding the cash streets. I will, however, make a point to play a couple tournys in 2025. MoneyMaker tour was recently here at Hard Rock, but I had no time to play. I did see him playing high stakes plo while here. Big crowds and fun to see all the hype. GL my friend.

I thought you did great! tournaments can be brutal though - even watching Daniel Negreanu one quickly realizes the odds are against you 3000 to 1 depending on the number of players. another entertaining Veelog - I hope you try more tournaments in the future Jamon - I think you got the chops for it

Yeah if given the choice between cash or Tournament play I'll pick cash. If you get tired of playing in a cash game you can just walk away up or down. If you get tired of playing in the middle of a tournament and walk away unless you're in the cash already just kiss your buy-in goodbye. That being said I still play the occasional tournament.

That's a good question...5/10 is the biggest of the most consistent games in vegas. I'll play 10/20 when it runs but that's only a few times a month. So I guess the next mountain is a 30 minute 5K lol...working on it
