As someone who works in finance and advises people. My advice to you is don’t pay other people’s mortgage pay your own. Don’t build others people equity build your own. So don’t rent for too long because that’s money down the drain. Great motivational video and very entertaining. ❤️

Hi Ashley if you have a animal shelter you can donate the blankets and towels to them there always needing blankets for the fur babies to lay on. Congratulations on selling your house onwards and upwards now on to more exciting things… I love decluttering it’s so nice to go into a space and see it neat. If you build a home they can take up to 2 years my brother in law built their home it took a long time so time to start making arrangements honey.. Ashley an idea how to store the curtains put them in those bags and vacuum the air out then store them on the shelf as if they are in those bins moisture may collect and damage them

Hi Ashley! Have you tried brands Ecover, Method or Seventh Generation to your laundry? Those are more natural and have good experiments on people. Don’t give up. I’m sure you will find another natural brand suitable for you.

Earnest question: is it normal for rentals to have curtain rods already hung? I’ve lived in a lot of rentals in N.C. & I’ve never seen a house or apartment with curtain rods that I didn’t hang. Wondering if it’s a regional thing? Thankfully we are homeowners now. Hopefully I’m never rehanging the rods again! 🏡

I have rented and in most cases if I had installed them or a previous tenant had and they were still in good condition I always left them there for the next tenants. But I suppose it would depend on the landlord.
