Getting Started in Fly Fishing: Learn Basic Nymphing Techniques

Nymphing is probably the most reliable way to catch a trout on a fly. The vast majority of a trout's diet comes from aquatic insects living on the bottom of the river. Fly fishing nymphing technique gets our nymphs down to where the fish are and significantly improves our odds of catching fish.
