You could call the helmet voice Helga (short for helmet gal). As for the ship, I think it'd be funny to call it The Taco Truck. Or the Shenandoah, after the first helium-filled airship flown in 1923. I'm so excited for this series and can't wait to play it upon release!

It's always a shame when a genre is mostly developed for console or PC exclusively. But bad ports suck even worse. I prefer the old school way of letting consoles and PC have different release dates, making a game take advantage of the strengths of each platform. The design should always be mindful of a platforms strengths and weaknesses. I think this is was the 2000s had great titles everywhere, because it was impossible to simply copy/paste a game to a new platform lol

I see console players complaining all the time about "we don't have it yet", but I don't mind waiting while a game is developed on pc first, so long as they already have in mind that they want to bring it to console later, so it's developed with that in mind. When they decide halfway through or after development that they want to bring it to consoles, that's when it gets really buggy porting it over. And the controls usually end up being horrendous too lol. Hopefully this game develops well & has a good full release on both pc & then consoles later!

Please play this, making a LONG series. It's amazing, and your narration is unbeatable. For the ship.... the F.e.a.r.V.( 'Fisk Exploratory And Research Vessel) Äskekärr. It was a Swedish Viking vessel found in 1933, believed to be dated around 930 a.d. Just an idea lol

I also played the demo, several times. Loved it! now I'm into the game 5 or 6 hours, kinda fumbling around, now I'm stuck with a ship that's too heavy. can't seem to shed weight (the ship's). I may have to start a new game if I can't make sense of it. Thanks for the tips you showed!

I get that moment with the rotten food. As someone who played a bit of Morrowind and a lot of Skyrim those games kind of trained that habit of "Put all the things in my character's mouth" into me. Skyrim especially since I had a rotten food moment of my own my first Skyrim playthrough didn't know any other way of learning ingredient effects besides eating them and found the ingredient "Giants Toe"... I wanted to know what effect it had.

I really enjoy survival games with an emphasis on crafting and building. This game looks really interesting. Will probably give it a little time in EA to get fleshed out a little more but will most likely pick it up at some point.

You didn’t come back to the early access but the early early access. I hope they turn this early access game to be as good as subnautica, the forest and raft. I played those 3 games since the beginning and they turned out great. This game looks also great and I’m excited to see how it will turn out.

52:52 useless tidbit of info #945 - Helium isn't flammable, unlike hydrogen. Reason behind Hindenburg burned was the US sanctions against Germany at the time, forcing them to use hydrogen. Helium is heavier but much much safer option
