Getting Started LW PX300 LabelMaker | Printing Your First Label

Good quick introduction. I wish I had covered how to properly install the cartridge for printing. I have returned two lo-px300 because both times the unit jams the label inside and won’t push it out. The included instruction are really very light. Obviously I’m doing something wrong and the installation of the cartridge is not as intuitive.

hi, i’ve had mine for some time and i just got it out again and i put in some new batteries and it’s not turning on? any suggestions on what i should do?

Hi, Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear your printer isn’t turning on. Have you tried it with the AC Adapter? If that doesn’t work either, then something else may be going on with the printer. But don’t worry, you’ve got that lifetime warranty. Give us a call and if we can’t get it back up and running. We’ll send out a replacement for you. labelworks.epson.com/contact-us

How do I put the tape in???

Thank you for your question. To put a tape in, you need only to remove the back panel. The cartridge snaps in - easy-peasy. You can learn more about this printer by downloading the user manual, here: labelworks.epson.com/amfile/file/download/file/114/product/723/
