What do you do if you are working on a chromebook and don't have a mouse?

Hello Linda, A Chromebook trackpad, much like a regular laptop's trackpad, has the same functionalities as a standard mouse. If you're finding that your Chromebook's track pad doesn't, we'd advise reaching out to Google support, or another qualified support team for handling Chromebooks.

The screenshots in this video don't match what I'm currently seeing when I login. For example, under my profile picture, my options are MySettings and when I open that, it looks nothing like what is being shown here in the video. Also, when speaker introduces Tools, there isn't a "Tools" in the menu across the top of my screen. There is a "Resources" but that drop down menu does NOT show Tools so I am unable to "follow along".

Hello Julie, This video is showing the standard UI currently available in accounts. If you're seeing "Resources" and "My Settings," it sounds like you're currently in our Community, not your actual Constant Contact account. If you need to login to your account, you can just navigate to our main website: constantcontact.com Our Community site: community.constantcontact.com/

Adding contacts is now changed with today's date software... I do not see " I have permission to send email" under the contact name. How do I handle that now? thanks
