Getting Started with a PanelView 5000 Project

I'm following along with this tutorial to get an initial feel for View Designer. After creating a new controller scoped tag in my online logic (Logix Designer), how do I refresh the tag search when trying to bind a tag for tank level? It shows up empty. Thank you
