On Amazon Workspace, when a (authorized) remote user is recording your screen, do they only record what's being shown on the Amazon Workspace screen, or your general computer screen, outside of Amazon Workspace?

Same as you would on any other windows desktop. You can download it from the microsoft website using your license and install it on these workspaces
