Yes you can capture and export the animation as a movie from inside NX.

Hello again - here is the response to your question. NX Animation Designer is an add-on module for which users need an additional license. Alternatively, if they use value-based licensing, they can access the module using their value-based licensing tokens. Best, Team Siemens
