hello do you know if we can do "drizzle-kit push" for cloudflare d1 wrangler locally?

I am not aware of a way to do it locally but I know it can be done with the remote database. But I don't think it's a severe limitation as you can generate migrations with drizzke-kit and then use wrangler to apply them.
