Getting Started with Data Collections

Join Ayodele & Joe as they demonstrate a powerful new feature on OpenFn. "Collections" allow users to efficiently store large volumes of data so that they can be accessed by other workflows in a project.
Some use collections as a "buffer", taking in lots of data in real time and then periodically aggregating & analyzing that data before sending it to downstream systems.
Others use them as mapping tables, storing large "dictionaries" of key-value pairs that they can reference from other workflows.
