is there a binary that needs to be installed before i can use the export utility? i tried running this same operations step by step on my vscode but i couldn't get the configuration of existing dashboard on my vscode. i get this message back The environment variable DYNATRACE_ENV_URL needs to be set.

This finally worked. 1. DYNATRACE_ENV_URL DYNATRACE_ENV_TOKEN As well as their respective values needs to be set on your user environment variable in your local computer( for windows type edit environment variable for this account in your search ) 2. once these values have been added close all existing terminals (vscode, cmd etc )and reopen them again and run the command. ✌️
