What really could be valuable was if somebody took the time to explain: how does it improve my life. Not how to install it. Not how it works. Not a rambling list of « fantastic features » and not another tribute to MS technology. So far I have watched around 20 vids without getting answer to one simple question: do I need ms 365?

This is a techies channel. Try someone like Kevin Stratvert who will walk you through the end user stuff 😊

@@AndyMaloneMVP thanks for the recommendation. I watched Kevin’s YT as well. Both of you are doing terrific videos but unfortunately you also only answer the question of HOW do I use MS365 and not WHY do I use MS365. It’s like asking a watchmaker « what time is it » and he starts explaining how I construct a watch.

@@nicola3444 Microsoft 365 is a secure, productive and collaborative environment that provides subscribers with all the tools and apps they need to work and communicate. This can include productivity tools such as Word, Excel and powerPoint which have been around for what seems a 1000 years. But you can also use really cool and simple features like Microsoft Lists and bookings which are awesome if you had a small business. In terms of learning you may also want to take a look at learn.microsoft.com or you could always put yourself on a training course. I am planning on doing some end user videos so thanks for the comment and keep watching. Andy

@@AndyMaloneMVP I DO have a small business. And I have been using Word, Excel, PPT, Access for ages but as desktop solutions. In terms of productivity I could have spend a week being productive by serving my customers creating value for both them, me and my bank. Now Im into my 5th day of digging myself into this nightmare called MS365. I have 3 open tickets with pending support questions because -and believe me in this- things NEVER works as shown in a KZbin video or an official MS how-to. On top of that I have a number of smaller issues which are simply just annoying. (The latest WTF came this morning when only 2 out of 4 newly added contacts in Outlook could be recognized by Teams- I gave up on this just -Thats the way life is) The subscription might provide you with lots of tools. But here's a thing: I dont need tools - I need to get my job done.
