if any cluster has large number of data then the score will be less right.

I cant see any colours in silhouette plot for different clusters. All the 3 clusters are represented with the same color. Why so?

Because most likely your data doesn't contain a class variable.

I am not sure what is the question. You can't export a Python code from Orange, but .exe files for installation of Orange are available on our website.
