Thank you for your tutorial Denise, the best introduction for beginer like me. May i ask about how do we get a landmark dataset of the object? For example i wanna use it for human tibial bone, how do i get the landmark dataset or how to make it? Thank you very much Denise.

I would like to know how to make the data set by plotting on my images with in 3-D slicer to create a landmark set for geometric analysis. I understand how to plot the landmarks, but I’m not sure how to export the landmark data per each individual case, to later combine all for geometric analysis
