Hi, I really need your help. I have mc500 as well, i don’t understand how to upload images to the machine. First i know its have to be jef file, but how do i make jef file? I really confused. 🙏🏻

You can't directly to the machine, you have to buy a specific expensive software that you upload the image to and from there program it for threads, then upload that file to the machine

Yes, the machine has multiple fonts, not sure which is a better machine. I'd look up Janine dealer near me. I do highly recommend this machine.

Yes you can create your own designs but you have to buy additional software to create them.

Ok, you don’t seem to know that you have a needle threader on your machine! You don’t need to have great vision when you use the built in needle threader, just an fyi

Karen Poole I’ve got two Janome machines with auto-threaders, neither works. I got a Brother 400-SE at a yard sale for $325, threads every single time! My Janome machines love Bob, the repairman, wouldn’t thread for me for anything! Hates me! Too funny.

That’s funny. Could it be the needle. Mine wouldn’t. I was pissed like why my machine. Everyone else’s work. Someone said change your needle. I changed about ten needles before it worked. Those needles wouldn’t work even after that. I found that sometimes needles are not right out machine doesn’t prefer them
